Have you tried it with the base as black? I don’t know if it would work realistically and drown out the blue design, but I can see it in my mind!
I haven’t tried black yet, but I’ve tried a pretty dark color (Zoya Yasmeen) and it looks great! Maybe I’ll try it over black just to see how it would look

I try using blue base and pastel blue special konad polish, looked like ice cube, very cool
Oh, wow! I’m breathless. But taking a cue from an earlier comment, using black as the konad color over BE would make your nails look like they’re made of matrix turquoise. Throw on some southwestern sterling jewelry and a white cotton shirt over jeans to complete what I think would be a great look all based on a mani.
